Some of our sites require the helper applications and plug-ins listed below. Not all plug-ins are needed for all sites. If you find that some part of the site is not working for you, check here.

Macromedia Shockwave 8.5 or above and Flash 6.0 or above. If you see animated icons below you have the correct versions of Shockwave and Flash. To download Shockwave/Flash click the Get Shockwave icon at left. |

Apple QuickTime 5.0 or above. If you see the blue QuickTime logo below you have the correct version. To download QuickTime click the icon at the left. |

| JavaScript and Java 1.1 or above. Unless you have customize your security settings, Java and JavaScript should be enabled in your browser by default. If you've disabled Java or JavaScript, follow these steps to re-enable them:

- Select Preferences
- Select Security
- Make sure the Enable Java and Enable JavaScript boxes are checked

Firefox (Mac)

- Select Preferences
- Select Content
- Make sure the Enable Java and Enable JavaScript boxes are checked

Firefox (Windows)
|
- In the Tools menu, select Options
- Select Web Features
- Make sure the Enable Java and Enable JavaScript boxes are checked
- Click OK

Internet Explorer v6 or v7
|
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- In Internet Options dialog box select the Security tab.
- Click Custom level button at bottom. The Security settings dialog box will pop up.
- Under Scripting category enable Active Scripting and Scripting of Java applets
- Click OK twice to close out.
- Hit Refresh.
